For those of you who have ever been to Pennsylvania, you know how many TREES there are. We have 4 huge ones just in our front yard. Well, while most of the year they are beautiful, the leaves do have to FALL OFF at some point. Ours were so dense that the boys couldn't even run through the yard. The city provides a leaf clean-up service once in Nov. and once in Dec. but you have to rake all your leaves to the front yard and put them in pile along the front sidewalk. Our leaf pick-up was last Friday so Spencer decided to stay home Wednesday and help me rake. We raked for 6 hours straight! It even started snowing half way through so by the time we were done, the LEAVES were so weighted down with water that we could barely move them. We both realized we are not as young as we used to be. We were sooooo sore the next morning! Needless to say we had such a great time together laughing, listening to Christmas music playing on our front porch, and watching the BOYS PLAY in the piles.

Motherhood At It's Best

I love it when my "little men" reach up and grab my finger or my two year old will say, "hold you". Simple expressions of love make those days of chaos all worth it. I am one lucky lady to have not one, but four amazing men in my life!

Have I Finally Arrived?
Okay all of you PRO BLOGGERS out there that have been all but threatening me to get on the bloggin' bandwagon. Yes you may now pick your jaws up off the ground or rise from your fallen position after fainting when you saw me on here. I am doing my best to try out this blogging thing. We will see how far I get and if I can keep up with it. By the way, is it bloggin' or blogging? I don't even know the correct lingo. Oh Boy!!!
It has been so much fun sittin' back and seeing all of you creative people out there. I have been able to just enjoy your amazing blogs and not have to stress about how ridiculous my page looks. Because as many of you know, I like to Scrapbook, but I don't have an artistic bone in my body when it comes to drawing, laying out web pages, or knowing what would look good on a blasted blog. So any tips are welcome. Cheers!
